Terms of Service

These terms apply to Seven Cloth Product Studio, the internal product-content workflow for Seven Cloth & Co. By using the service, you agree to use it within your business authorization and these terms.

Authorized business use

The service is intended for authorized users preparing, reviewing and archiving product content for Seven Cloth & Co. Use only information and images that you are authorized to supply, and follow the applicable business review and approval process.

Account responsibility

Keep your login credentials private, use your assigned account and report suspected unauthorized access promptly. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for checking the information you submit.

Human review of content

Generated or processed images and product content may contain errors. They remain subject to human review for garment fidelity, accuracy and suitability before approval, export or publication. Generation or archiving alone does not constitute approval.

Optional Google Drive integration

Connecting Google Drive is optional and requires authorization from the Google account holder. The integration manages app-used files and folders within the permission granted. You may revoke access through your Google Account permissions. Google’s own terms apply to your use of Google services. See our Privacy Policy for how the app uses Google access.

Availability and changes

Features and availability may change, and access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues or changes to connected services. Seven Cloth & Co. may update the service or restrict access when business authorization ends or these terms are breached. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

Prohibited access and misuse

Do not bypass access controls, use another person’s credentials without authorization, access another outlet’s or user’s restricted information, disrupt the service or submit content you have no right to use.
