Seven Cloth Product Studio is an internal product-content workflow for Seven Cloth & Co. It helps authorized business users prepare, review and archive product images and related product information.

Information used by the app

The app processes account and access records, product information, source photos, generated images and review records needed for this workflow. When an authorized user connects Google Drive, the backend also stores OAuth tokens and the file and folder identifiers, names, checksums and sync records needed to manage and verify the app’s archive.

Optional Google Drive access

The Google Drive integration requests only this OAuth scope:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file

Access is used only to create and manage files and folders used by Seven Cloth Product Studio, including uploading approved images, reusing or updating app-managed files and reading their content and metadata to verify uploads and prevent duplicates. The app does not request full Google Drive access or use the connection to browse unrelated Drive files.

Google access is used only for the functionality requested by the authorized user. Google user data is not sold and is not used for advertising.

Storage and access

Google OAuth credentials and tokens are stored backend-side and are not exposed to normal users or included in frontend pages. Access to the internal workflow and its administrative functions is controlled by application accounts and roles. Images selected for archiving are sent to the connected Google Drive account.

Your choices

You may revoke the app’s Google access at any time through your Google Account connections and permissions. Revoking access stops future authorized Drive access; it does not automatically delete files already archived in Drive or records held by Seven Cloth Product Studio.
